1 tsp Cinnamon
1 sheet Puff pastry
2 tbsp Butter (melted)
2 Peaches (thinly sliced)
1 Egg for egg wash
1 tbsp Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions
Preheat Ninja Foodie to 325ºF
Grease and flour 4 ramekins
Combine sugar + cinnamon in a bowl and mix
Roll out puff pastry sheet on floured surface
Brush pastry with melted butter
Sprinkle sugar/cinnamon mixture over the pastry
Cut four 2 inch wide strips
About halfway up the length of the strip, layer 7-8 peach slices in a straight line overlapping slightly with rounded part sticking out of the strip
Brush bottom half of dough and peaches with butter to help stick
Sprinkle sugar/cinnamon mixture on the peaches and bottom part of the pastry
Fold the bottom half of the pastry up over the line of peaches
Tightly roll the strip into a circle to form the rose shape
Brush edges of the strip with butter to stick
Transfer rolled peach rose the ramekin
Place ramekins on the reversible rack in low position and transfer into the Ninja Foodi
Brush egg wash over the tops to help brown
Bake at 325ºF for 25 mins or until tips start to brown
Let cool and then dust with powdered sugar (serve warm)

Notes
- Check the roses at about 20mins- if the tops start to brown cover them with foil to prevent them from burning and continue baking
- These tarts are best eaten warm and dusted with a little powdered sugar
