1lb/500g Pork Tenderloin (cubed)
2 cups/400g Penne pasta
2 cups Mushrooms (quartered)
1 Onion (diced)
2 tbsp Garlic (minced)
2 tbsp Butter
1 tbsp Mushroom Powder
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
3 tbsp Flour
4 cups Chicken Broth
1 cup Heavy Cream

Instructions
Set the Instant Pot to Saute-High
Melt the butter and add the mushrooms into the hot Instant Pot
Season the mushrooms with a pinch of salt & pepper
Saute the mushrooms until browned
Add the diced onion, minced garlic, and cubed pork tenderloin into the pot
Season with a pinch of salt & pepper
Add the mushroom powder and stir everything together
Pour the chicken broth into the pot and add the soy sauce
Pour the penne pasta on top of the mixture making sure to submerge it in the liquid
Stir in the flour and apply the pressure cooker lid
Pressure Cook on High for 5 minutes
Allow the pressure to release naturally for 5 minutes and then manually release any remaining pressure
Set the Instant Pot to Saute-High
Mix in the heavy cream and simmer until the sauce has thickened to desired consistency

Notes
- When adding the pasta make sure to submerge it in the liquid but try not to let the pasta sink to the bottom of the pot or it could burn.
- Make sure to add the cream after pressure cooking.
- We used penne in our recipe however you can add any pasta you prefer for this dish.
- For some healthier alternatives, try using whole wheat pasta, milk or light cream, and adding in more vegetables of your choosing.
- This recipe was made using an Instant Pot Duo, a multi-use programmable One-Pot cooker that can pressure cook, saute, slow cook, steam, warm and also make yogurt and rice.

What is mushroom powder and where should I look for it while shopping. Thanks
You can try Wholefoods or Amazon for mushroom powder seasoning. If you’re able to find dehydrated mushrooms you can also grind them up into a fine powder to use as well.
