2 Italian Sausage (sliced)
1 cup Spinach (cooked and strained)
1/2 Onion (diced)
1 Chili Pepper (Diced)
3 cups Cheddar Cheese (Shredded)
1 cup Heavy Cream
4 tsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
1 cup Water

Instructions
Set the Instant Pot to Saute-HIGH
Add 3 tsp of olive oil into the hot Instant Pot and saute the diced onions and chili peppers
Add in the sliced sausage along with a pinch of salt and pepper
Add the cooked spinach and 1 more tsp of olive oil into the pot
Mix everything together and saute until softened
Whisk the eggs in a large bowl and add the cream
Add the cooked mixture into the eggs and season with 1 tsp of salt and 1/2 tsp of pepper
Mix in 2 cups of cheddar cheese
Place a trivet and 1 cup of water into the Instant Pot
Spritz some oil into a round 7" pan and pour in the egg mixture
Place the pan onto the trivet in the Instant Pot and apply the pressure cooker lid
Pressure Cook on High for 30 minutes
Allow pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes and then manually release any remaining pressure
Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on the top of the frittata and apply the Air Fryer Lid
Broil for 5 minutes or until the cheese has browned

Notes
- This recipe calls for chili peppers however if you prefer you can substitute it with red bell peppers or any other vegetables.
- This recipe was made using an Instant Pot Duo Crisp, a multi-use programmable One-Pot cooker that can pressure cook, saute, slow cook, steam, sous vide, air fry, roast, bake, broil and dehydrate.
- If you don't have the air fry option, you can make this recipe using any Instant Pot compatible with an Air Fryer Lid to achieve the same results or you can broil it in a conventional oven.
