1 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
7 oz goat cheese (softened)
1 cup baby arugula
6 slices prosciutto
2 tbsp honey

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400ºF
Line baking sheet with parchment paper
Peel and thinly slice pears
Roll out pastry on a lightly floured surface
Brush pastry with melted butter
Spread goat cheese on pastry
Cut pastry into rectangles
Add 3 pear slices on top and 3 on bottom of each rectangle
Transfer rectangles to a parchment-lined baking sheet
Bake at 400ºF 20 mins or until browned
Serve warm and top each tart with arugula, prosciutto, black pepper and drizzle with honey
