1 kg ground beef
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp olive oil
1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
4 slices cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons butter, melted
9 brioche slider buns

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425ºF
Combine the ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and olive oil
Spread the beef onto a sheet pan and bake in the oven at 425ºF for 20 minutes
Remove from the oven and drain the excess liquid into a separate bowl
Divide the sheet of beef in half
Place the bottom buns on the sheet pan and brush with melted butter
Add 1 sheet of beef and cheddar cheese on top of the buns
Add the other sheet of beef and top it with the mozzarella cheese
Place it in the oven for 1-2 minutes or until the cheese melts
Once the cheese is slightly melted, add the top buns and brush with more melted butter
Place back into the oven for 1 minute

Notes
- Add toppings like tomatoes, bacon, pickles or whatever you like on your burger
- Cheddar and mozzarella are classic cheeseburger toppings however you can mix up your cheeses with some different varieties like swiss, or gouda
- For healthier options try using ground turkey or chicken on whole wheat or multi-grain buns
