2 lbs Baby Back Pork Ribs (about 1 rack)
3 tbsp Brown sugar
1 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Chilli powder
1 tbsp Onion powder
1 tbsp Paprika
1 cup Apple cider vinegar
1 cup BBQ sauce

Combine salt, brown sugar, onion powder, chili powder, and paprika in a small bowl
Sprinkle the dry rub onto the ribs and rub it onto both top and bottom
Curl ribs and place into the Instant Pot on a rack
Add apple cider vinegar to the inner pot
Pressure cook the ribs on HIGH for 30 minutes.
Let the ribs natural release for 10 minutes, and then release the pressure manually
Remove the ribs from the pot and place on a baking sheet
Glaze both the top and bottom of the ribs with BBQ sauce
Broil in the oven at 450ºF for 5 mins
- The intensity of the smokey flavor is affected by both the dry rub and the type of BBQ used to finish the ribs. Use a smokey flavored BBQ sauce if a rich smokey rib is desired. Using a sweeter BBQ sauce will result in a less intense smokey flavor. Either way, the ribs will be tender and delicious!
